This year's Summer Olympics are going to be a huge event, and Charlotte has a fair amount of competitors in it. We get to see if Michael Phelps is still the high and mighty (no pun intended) swimmer we all saw and loved four years ago. However, while Michael will have the spotlight on him this year, some Charlotte swimmers may take that spotlight away. First I would like to stress my concern that you refrain from running outside without water and be safe by treating your body right instead of pushing it to its breaking point. If you live in Charlotte already, you know that Noda is our, beautiful and rich in culture, historic art district. Finally Noda is having a music festival, which was a long time coming.
