I was just visiting the Wagner Team's blog andreading through their Best of 2007 post and noticed the teensiest, tiniest error: They claimed some place in Colorado has the best ice cream ever.
Not Possible! Not at all even close to possible. Because I know the best ice cream in the world is from a little family owned place in Western Washington, near me. So that is obviously wrong.

This is a work in progress- I am a 9+ year veteran of the local real estate market, but am taking a break from licensed work as I go back to school. I am not sure how to describe myself at the moment... but I will be sure to keep sharing about the little gems the area has to offer. I am sure my perspective will change as I take this step back from the very immersive world of real estate.
