Lately, I'm noticing more and more Agents in the Brampton/Mississauga area that are listing properties on the Realtor MLS system without any photographs.  The rationale behind their negligence is they feel they have cut their commission to such an extent and are not making enough money to justify the work/expense.  If that's the case, why take the listing??  They are only doing a disservice to their Seller.

I was watching the news on television (something I rarely do...I get all my news from listening to the radio) a couple of weeks ago and saw a great segment about a woman who collects all sorts of coupons and pays very little for her groceries.  In fact, the reporter went shopping with her and her total grocery bill was in excess of $100.  At the checkout, she started handing the cashier coupon after coupon.  She had a coupon for everything!  Guess how much she paid? Despite the busy holiday season, the Brampton/Mississauga Real Estate market remained active last week.  Here is a brief synopsis of the week in review:- 267 new listings came onto the market (a decrease of 10.7% over the previous week) - 278 homes were sold during the week (an increase of .72% over the previous week)- 85 homes underwent a Price Change (a decrease of 11.46% over the previous week)- 179 listings Expired/Terminated or were Suspended (a decrease of 17.13% over the previous week)
