Longboat Key Real Estate for Under a Milion Dollars at Year's End - 12/03/09 11:07 AM

The Sarasota FL real estate market is still experiencing a buyer's market. There are deals out there and some buyers plan to make their purchase before the end of 2009. Many desperate owners who have caved into the pressure of this real estate market have lowered their prices considerably and dumped their properties. Some sellers have sold their homes for less than what they owe ("short sale") or been forced into foreclosure.
