downtown sarasota florida real estate: Golden Gate Point - Downtown Sarasota Florida Real Estate - 12/16/08 06:32 AM

In 2000, Golden Gate Point was a small waterfront community adjacent to Marina Jack's and the downtown Bayfront in Sarasota. Many of the condominium buildings at that time were old buildings in need of repair or possibly in need of being torn down and replaced with state-of-the-art buildings. In just 8 years, this community has made an unbelievable transformation. Waterfront condo owners on Golden Gate Point have sweeping views of Sarasota Bay, the downtown marina or the new Ringling Bridge. The Gulf of Mexico can be spotted in the distance from some of the higher units.
