Market Activity and Statistical Report For Windsor and Essex County for October 2007 - 11/03/07 02:41 PM

Here is a summary of the Real Estate Statistics provided by the Windsor and Essex County Real Estate Board for the Month of October 2007.
And guess what?
Sales both month over month and year over year are neither up or down. The listing inventory is the exact same as it was a year ago as well.
So,
Things are NOT as bad as some people think they are.
