Here is a summary of the Real Estate Statistics provided by the Windsor and Essex County Real Estate Board for the Month of March 2008. Sales month-over-month in March decreased by 7% over March of 2007. Listings taken in the month also decreased by -20% AND year-to-date listings fell as well by -9% Prices were higher from a year ago from $159,727 to $169,961. Overall, the market is flat and the same as it was last year. Despite the slight drop in sales activity, it is offset by less active listings on the market.
