      <title>Don't Worry...</title>
      <description>During this difficult time in the lending industry, with lenders halting new loan origination, closing their doors and&amp;nbsp;filing for bankruptcy protection, don&amp;#39;t worry.&amp;nbsp; We are not all gone.&amp;nbsp; I had no idea how good a decision it would turn out to be, when I decided to work with Chase.&amp;nbsp; I am even surprised, pleased, but surprised at some of the sub-prime programs we can offer.&amp;nbsp; There have been changes of course, I no longer have a 2/1 or 3/1 ARM, but I still have good programs and pricing that seems better then my friends at other lending institutions.&amp;nbsp; However, what I am discovering as one of my biggest strengths is the comfort borrowers have working with a large, well established, recognisable lender.&amp;nbsp; If you are having any trouble, even at the last minute at time of close with your buyers financing I&amp;#39;ll be glad to help.&amp;nbsp; Thanks for reading my blog, this is still new to me.&amp;nbsp; If anyone has any suggestions on how to use this medium better I&amp;#39;d love to hear from you.</description>

      <title>I Feel Good!</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I am new to active rain and frankly to blogging.&amp;nbsp; I have spent the last couple of days trying to promote myself and get the word out about what&amp;nbsp;I can offer.&amp;nbsp; Honestly, I&amp;#39;ve met some very nice people from all over the country.&amp;nbsp; I hope to build relationships with all of them.&amp;nbsp; This is not why I feel good though.&amp;nbsp; The reason I feel good is that&amp;nbsp;I just received a phone call from a borrower that I financed last month.&amp;nbsp; It was not a big loan and there were many hurdles&amp;nbsp;I had to over come to the point that some of you might not have thought it worth my time.&amp;nbsp; He called me not to thank me, but invite me the house warming party.&amp;nbsp; Maybe this is a strange venue to share some thing of this sort.&amp;nbsp; Any way I about to hit post, and after that there is no turning back.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
