I have inside information that the Pinelands Regional High School Thespians are going to present its Little Egg Harbor audience with a sterling production of the Music Man. So, get ready to be entertained. This cast and crew at Pinelands Regional High School puts on one great hit after another and all at the low community cost of ten dollars per ticket, or, just eight dollars for students and our silver haired seniors. That's the price of a movie ticket at the Regal Movie Theater, or, your small obligatory donation to church on Sunday morning (please don't tell me you (0 comments)
Snow Job or Snowed Under - 02/25/10 04:38 PM
The snow job has been a long over used cliche' long before Tony Snow was a White House press secretary and I am not sure of it's origin, or, true meaning. If you google it you might be as surprised as I was over some of the definitions and use. I have settled to accept the meaning to be an attempt to be deceive as it was used in my childhood.
By some accounts it was a term that originated during World War II but they fail to give any specifics and leave it to the readers imagination as to the what and how the snow (1 comments)

Don’t Hire that Agent That’s what the client said he was told. Actually, He was first asked, “You’re not going to hire that agent are you?” That was the opening remark when the agent spied a Comparative Marketing Analysis with the other agent’s business card on the kitchen counter. When the client asked why, he was told the other agent does not sell anything and the agent pulled out a long print out of all agents’ stats from the previous year that can be found in the Multiple Listing Service reports showing dollar volume with total listings and sales. Is The FDIC Killing Indymac OneWest Bank Short Sales? - 02/16/10 07:36 PM
This is truely a WTF moment. I would suggest that each and every one that can read, send a copy of the link to R. Hertzog's article to their Senator and Congressman asking for an explaination. Thank you Robert for posting such an excellent article. A call to action is required. Via Robert G Hertzog (Summit Home Consultants): Is The FDIC Killing Indymac OneWest Bank Short Sales? As some of you may already know, I specialize in helping homeowners avoid foreclosure through the use of short sales. Recently, I dealt with a very interesting case involving Indymac/OneWest Bank, that I felt needed to (1 comments)
The township of Little Egg Harbor is about to embark on a spending spree with your money. At the last council meeting the stage was set. There was the traditional horse and pony show regarding the wonderful job the Public Works Department did during our last snow storm. No one could dispute the fact that an exemplary performance was done during the "Blizzard" of 2010. I even have a YouTube video showing the quality of our roads during (2 comments)
“I’m listing with the agent who suggests the highest asking price! - 02/10/10 06:15 PM
Mark and Elly said what I have been telling my clients and customers for a long time. Maybe coming from a different mouth it will sound kinder to your ears. The market may be at the bottom but the inventory is very high and your house is just not that nice. When I give you a range to price your house, pick the lower number and help me get the job done. It must be priced right before it goes into the MLS. Call me and I will show you the charts and graphs. Greg @ BayShore Agency 609-290-7962 email NJHomes@hotmail.com (3 comments)
Jackie wrote a great article for homeowners trying to sell their home in the dead of winter in Pennslyvannia. We share the same weather here in New Jersey and I find this to be good advice to all. If you want to sell make your house look like a home you would want to buy. 2010 is going to be a great year. Via Jackie Henry (Jack Gaughen REALTOR ERA): Here in Hershey, PA we just got done getting pummeled with almost two feet of snow overnight. It always amazes me how it takes just a few hours to accumulate, but SO LONG (2 comments)
