The snow job has been a long over used cliche' long before Tony Snow was a White House press secretary and I am not sure of it's origin, or, true meaning. If you google it you might be as surprised as I was over some of the definitions and use. I have settled to accept the meaning to be an attempt to be deceive as it was used in my childhood.

That’s what the client said he was told. Actually, He was first asked, “You’re not going to hire that agent are you?” That was the opening remark when the agent spied a Comparative Marketing Analysis with the other agent’s business card on the kitchen counter.

Mark and Elly said what I have been telling my clients and customers for a long time. Maybe coming from a different mouth it will sound kinder to your ears.
The market may be at the bottom but the inventory is very high and your house is just not that nice. When I give you a range to price your house, pick the lower number and help me get the job done. It must be priced right before it goes into the MLS.

Jackie wrote a great article for homeowners trying to sell their home in the dead of winter in Pennslyvannia. We share the same weather here in New Jersey and I find this to be good advice to all.
