Every weekend I host 2 open houses.   Spring time I had great results, lots of families/couples going through ~ no sales, but lots of activity.   End of June, things just STOPPED!  Four hours in two homes and no visits!!   I'm hoping with the latest interest rate drop, we'll start seeing a more active market in the Fall season!  

Anyone else notice the same?
