The year is almost half over, only a couple of more days in May and then it will be June. We sure hope the second half of the year is better then the first for real estate sales. Looking at the Grand Strand area, sales were down 33+% for the first quarter over the same time frame from last year.

One of our favorite things to do is take pictures of the dolphins. You have to be really fast and we have tons of pictures of nothing but water to prove it. Every now and then we get lucky and manage to get a good picture. Sometimes we even mange to get two in the same frame.
