Have you ever had a client that absolutely refused to listen to any advise you give them concernig a property they are considering? We have such a client. This client knows someone that purchased a foreclosure for fifty cents on the dollar and wants the same deal. This happened in another market area and no matter how many times this was pointed out, it made no differance. In addition, this client is looking at properties that were a million plus in a good market.
