Stonecrest Subdivision is in the Station Camp School District. One of the favorite neighborhoods for it's  location. At first glance of the numbers it looks as if things have taken a turn for the worst. One of the favorite neighborhoods in Hendersonville. Riverchase is located in the Station Camp High School  district with easy access to Vietnam Veterans Blvd and a short 20 minute commute to Nashville. Several of the homes offer a view of Old Hickory Lake.
The end of the year finished with fewer homes sold in Riverchase, but of those 5 closed properties Days on Market was 41 days less than the 9 that closed in the first half of the year.
