While the estimated inventory has gone up to 17 months based on the number of closings over the past 3 months you can see there is a large increase in condos that are under contract. This is a very good sign that the amount of inventory will be reduced over the next couple of months. If this trend continues you will see homes selling faster and for higher prices.
