According to the Federal Reserve Chairman we could see an upswing as early as 2010 !!!!!!!!  
Apparently it's all about credit.  The sign that change is coming is the release of credit, the more you see the closer we are.
Any ideas out there  ????

Rental Market Conditions in Sacramento - 02/25/09 03:34 AM
My primary areas of Managing Rental Properties have been Natomas, Land Park, Greenhaven, Pocket, Sacramento and Elk Grove.
Well January came out strong and February was only getting better!
Generally the market is moving fairly smoothly.  Short vacancies and fresh inventor has triggered alot of good activity for our clients.
Rental income values are not reaching for the stars but neither is the sale prices.   Economic conditions continue to play the lead role in this market.  Normally a lack of inventory would make more of an impact than what we see today.

Managing rental properties in the greater Sacramento Area has been keeping me busy.  More and more investors are coming through making their once primary residece now secondary.  Yes the deals are good out there and people are going after their dream home that is now affordable.
Rental properties currently are offering a large variety in style, size, area and amentity.  Their for awhile it seemed that people were only buying homes in two or three areas.  Now we seem more balance.
