I decided to try a Home buyer seminar for the first time in my real estate career.  I teamed up with a mortgage broker, an insurance person, and a title rep.  We scheduled it on a Monday night at 6pm, and advertised it in our local paper the previous Fri, Sat, Sun...color ad in the Real Estate Section.

We also had flyers in storefronts all over town, and also did some paid advertising on Facebook.  In addition, I emailed several current and past clients to ask them for help in spreading the word.

We only had one family show up, that's it.

Has anyone done well with these home buyer seminars, and if so, what did you do, or recommend?  I like the idea, and would love to do another, I just need some words of encouragement.  Thanks.
