The Villages of Providence Subdivision is located just off of Tylersville Rd in West Chester Ohio. Tylersville Rd. runs East and West and will take you to I-75, or to Hamilton, Ohio a small city west of West Chester.

The lake you see here is limited. The majority of the homes in the Villages of Providence do not back to the lake.

$8,000 Tax Credit Extension, Time is Running Out and with moving the clocks forward 1 hour last night.... April 30, 2010 is the deadline for the $8,000 first time home buyer tax credit. Many have asked will it be extended, according to the NAR (National Association of Realtors), not likely. Some of the qualifcations needed:

Shamrock Shuffle in West Chester, Ohio had approximately 1,300 sign up for the various runs; 5K, 10K, 5K Walk/Run/Stroll, and the Leprechaun Run  (½ mile run for those under 12).
It was a wet, chilly morning. We gave out Free Green Hot Chocolate with marshmellows, Power Bars, and Coffee. Yes, it really is GREEN. The event takes place at The Square @ Union Centre in West Chester Ohio.

Then, many of those that were taken off the market or that had expired in October, November, and December came back on the market in January. We should see an increase in March for New Listings in March that's for certain.

Liberty Twp. Ohio Real Estate Activity has been very similar looking at January 2010 to February 2010. Looking at the graph, we see that 63 additional listings came on the market in February to bring the total number of listings to 249 Active listings in Liberty Twp. Ohio.

 So we start March with 249 Active Listings on the market in Liberty Twp. Ohio in 2010. We know that only 29 properties Sold in Liberty Twp Ohio in March of 2009. So let's say we get a 10% increase in Solds over last year, that puts us at 32 sold properties in … (2 comments)

Mason Ohio Real Estate Pending Properties.The number of Pending Properties has risen to 123 in Mason Ohio and the surrounding area.
November Solds- 110
December Solds - 102
January Solds - 45
February Solds - 58
Because the tax credits were extended, some of the December solds, would have been in November, but for the extension. 
 It will be interesting to see what March's number of Solds will be with the 123 Pendings in February. Last year in March brought 83 Solds. My guess based on the past trends, with 123 Pendings we will end up with 92 Solds in March. What's your guess?
