Sales are still going strong as we close out another week. And why not. With prices in southern California close to prices in the rest of the country, investors are having their day. We are continuing to see multiple offers on bank owned properties. And a friend from the banking side (2 comments)

Temecula is experiencing a high volume of sales due to "Bank owned" property's. Homes that sold for 600k plus are now selling in the 300k range. As a buyers agent, this is very exciting for me and my clients. Although, I must add this caveat; we are seeing multiple offers on (0 comments)
