Stadium High School Sets a World Record - 01/28/08 06:49 PM
In 2006 Stadium High School in Tacoma held their 100 year anniversary reunion. Almost 3,300 people attended the reunion setting a world record for the number of people to attend a school reunion. This record will be included in the upcoming 2009 edition of the Guinness Book of World Records.

Recently released numbers by the Northwest Multiple Listing Service show that Pierce County Condo prices and sales volume rose in 2007 vs. 2006 sales and prices. Sales volume for Pierce County increased 4.7% in '07. The median price increased 2.9% in '07

Bank of America to Buy Countrywide - 01/11/08 10:12 AM
It has been announced today that Bank of America is buying Countrywide for slightly over 4 billion dollars.
MSNBC.com is reporting that the board of directors for both companies have approved the deal. It is still subject to Countrywide shareholder approval and government approval.
