If a tree Falls in the Forest...... - 03/03/11 12:50 AM

So today my sellers accepted an offer and faxed it to me - their scanner wasn't working. I scanned it to pdf amd emailed it to the selling agent with words of CONGRATULATIONS! by 2pm. Then the selling agent Called me at 4pm, said he hadn't seen the signed contract yet (the offer expired at 6pm). I tried sending it again, twice, but he still didn't get it. Is my Yahoo BusinessMail having a problem? Or is his email having a problem? Finally I faxed the signed offer and the agent verified receipt.....
