After being shot down by Metro Vancouver board of Directors to remove the Jackson Farm from the Green Zone in order to develop the property as per the Maple Ridge Official Community Plan the owners initially made a quick application to use existing zoning and develop the Jackson property into 2 acres large lot residential.
