I had the pleasure of a tour of Keller Williams International Corporate offices in Austin Texas last Friday, the most remarkable and tellling part was the walk through the actual office of founder and Chairman of the Board, Gary Keller.

The first approach to the office is memorable as you see Keller's rack mounted colletion of Guitar Amps and music memorabilia.  Interesting and probably the most unique entrance way to a Chairmans office in North America.

I just spent two days at Franchise Systems Operations (FSO) in Austin Texas with former CEO and now Chariman of the Board for Keller Williams International Mo Anderson.

How can I sum up my impressions of Mo?  well how about this way...."WOW!"

What big news today from Family Reunion in Orlando Florida.  Keller Williams Realty has just moved up to being the 3rd largest Real Estate Company in the US.  The growth potential for this great company which rewards associates with Profit Sharing has barely been realized.  The training alone, in my opinion, had been the motivating reason for the huge success story that KW is today.
