I found this great online BC HST Calculator that simplifies the HST rebate calculation for New Home purchases.  It will even do the reverse calculation for you to determine what the real sale price was before HST was added.
Ther are three HST calculation areas, one for Homewoners, Investors and finally one for a vacation/second home.  Very handy little tool and one that should be in every British Columbia Realtors favorites on their web browser.  Not a bad idea for a new home buyer in Maple Ridge or the Tri-Cities to have at their fingertips either!

We spend weeks, months or years cultivating leads, providing our clients with Real Estate information.  We get to know the people closely, driving around discussing homes, their lives, dreams and aspirations.  Becoming close with their children, enjoying a little play time with them while Mom & Dad check out the homes.  All of this bonding culminates in a hectic crescendo of activity then.... its over.
