April figures show that 338 closed sales of single family homes on less than one acre (including condos) were
 
reported. Last month 337 sales were reported. The average sales price for April was $166,394 while the median
 
price was $152,500. From last month these numbers are down 2.6% and 3.3% respectively.
 
Year to date figures show that sales are up 13% through April. This year through April 1,150 closed sales have
 
been reported compared to 1,018 last year. The year to date average sales price stands at $163,343 through April
