I could be preaching to the choir here since this is being written on a blog, but I wanted to write a little about the importance in using the Internet as a marketing tool to get a home sold in today's real estate market.

It's been an incredible ride this past week. 
You may not know it, but I started a new brokerage a couple of months ago.  One of the main ingrediants of the brokerage is the way that we run things as a team.  I have two of the best teammates that any broker could ever have.  Karol Yeager and Dawn Carpenter joined me in this great adventure and the past couple of weeks were an absolute whirlwind.

It's amazing how creative people are.  We have been blessed to get a terrific new listing in Continental Ohio that is a 125 year old church converted to a modern home.  They even built a 3 car 2 story garage so that it would match the size of this home.
