It's summertime and I love it... bring on the sunshine, cool waters of a lake, pond or pool and I'm a happy camper! Add a Holiday week end to the mix and we have a couple day's of family fun... Our back yard pond full of kids of all ages including the 4 babies that joined our family makes paying the mortgage payment just a little bit easier during the summer months! Defiance, Ohio interest rates "WOWSA"
I was just emailed today's rates from one of our area's Mortgage Lenders, YES rates continue to be fantastic!!!
30 year as low as 4.625% & as low as 3.625% on a 10 year Mortgage. YES, the time to buy a house is now!!!  
We all wish our credit card rates were this good... we can dream can't we?
