Scottsdale Arizona's Grayhawk Golf Club courses - Talon and Raptor - are already world-famous. Now, you can learn more about them via Grayhawk Golf Club channel on You Tube.
The channel, which recently launched, has a collection of useful information about everything from the golf club itself to golf tips.

I had the good fortune to work with Steve Smith of Eagle Home Mortgage in Scottsdale, Arizona last year on a transaction and we have stayed in touch since then. Steve, who has been in the industry over 27 years, says today's market is simply forcing lenders and borrowers to go "back to basics" and work from the fundamental three "C's"- Credit, Capacity and Collateral.

I had the opportunity to experience the "Summer Splash" promotion at the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak in Phoenix last weekend. The resort was full of families enjoying the special and the large number of amenities the hotel has to offer.
The focal point of the action is the River Ranch pool complex where there are multiple pools, a waterfall, a lazy river, waterslides, kiddie pool and more. The Luxury Condo Market in Greater Phoenix - June 2008 - 07/11/08 04:18 PM
The Greater Phoenix luxury condo market saw some changes in June. Sales were down to 5 units, versus May's 8 sales. However, the average sales price went up quite a bit from $1,752,937 in May to $1,924,000.
All of June's sales were in the city of Scottsdale - with four of the units coming from the Scottsdale Waterfront Residences and the final sale coming from the nearby Optima Camelview. There were no luxury condo sales in Tempe or Phoenix this month.

Scottsdale Single-Family Resale Market- June 2008 - 07/02/08 05:22 PM
The numbers for June are in for Scottsdale's single-family home resale market, and the news continues to be good.
Once again, the number of active listings has dropped and the figure is now below the 4,000 mark at 3,941. The number of sales increased 7% over May to 321, continuing an upward trend that started early this year. The only negative news is that pending sales were down in June to 338 from May's 364. This should impact July's numbers, unless additional sales activity can make up for the shortfall.
