This analysis looks at the Scottsdale Arizona single-family home market's performance over the second quarter of 2012. The information has been broken out into sales type categories, allowing you to track the results for the segment you are interested in.

So, while this particular charity is actually Phoenix-based, the Lost Our Home Pet Foundation has had a big impact on Scottsdale pets as well.
The Lost Our Home Pet Foundation was formed in 2008 by Jodi Polanski and others with ties to the real estate industry in response to the significant housing downturn. Here's a quick selection of some things to do in Scottsdale, Arizona at the end of July and early August 2012.
Summer is in full swing in Scottsdale and are still plenty of things going on even though the heat makes it tough to get outside sometimes.

The below information for June 2012 has been divided into three categories. They include luxury condos currently for sale, pending condo sales and actual luxury condo sales. This data is further broken out into city-level data for Scottsdale and Phoenix.
