There is a new "storm" over taking the sale of Bank Owned Homes. It is named Auction.com . Have you noticed this troubling trend? Well as a Leading Listing Agent of Bank Owned Homes in the Manchester NH I have seen more and more banks placing their foreclosed and REO homes in this auction setting.
The Banks think that is an easier way to liquidate their properties. The banks inability to evict occupants after a foreclosure auction is leading to a back log of bank owned homes that are occupied mostly by former owners. The flawed plan is to put these … (16 comments)
