The phone rings and the lady tells me "no one will list my home as they say it is too messy". I list and sell Bank Owned homes, messy does not scare me. I headed over to this Manchester NH area home. Looking back it was listed for a year and went unsold. I arrived and the exterior was over grown, but not filled with debris. The owner came out to meet me, she was older, frail but in good spirits. Still a little shocked and not knowing who was calling, my response was "With any cash sale you can close in as little as 7 days if the seller is ready, you have the funds and your lawyer can work that fast.

You may have seen sales go down the toilet, however not too long ago, toilet paper tried to kill a sale. During a long home inspection the would be buyer "had to go". They used the sellers bathroom. Late that night a frantic home seller called in a rage. "Some one used their bathroom and to not deny it". How did they know you ask?
