With red flags waving as hard and furious as if I was standing in Hurricane, my next question was "Did you sign a Listing with this agent and Massachussetts company?"

Suprisingly there are many buyers who do not understand the SHORT SALE process here in the Manchester NH area. A short sale is not like any other sale. A short sale is where the seller owes more than their home is worth, the sale then has to be approved by the sellers bank to sell for less.

I had an interesting question from a seller who is listed with someone else but asked me "I offered a $500 bonus to the selling agency but no one is looking at my home?" WHY NOT? The only way to answer is straight forward with the hard truth. Unfortanately a $500 bonus is not that much to truely inspire anyone to rush right over with a buyer.
