As I browse through the local MLS here in the Manchester NH area, I have noticed a trend that quite a few listings that are in here as "active" are actually "pending". The more disturbing part is the trend of certain Listing Agents not even returning my call or emails if it is available and if my buyer can see it today. There is alot of Blame to go around regarding the Foreclosure crisis but what are the solutions? Everyone is blaming each other, the banks continue with "business as usual" and politcians either ignore or pass policy that hinders recovery.
