What is the number 1 short cut to Home Ownership? I can tell you what is not and that is "Rent to Own". This type of program separates more people from their money faster than anything. Some sure are scams straight and simple. However there are some real Lease Purchase opportunities.
 
You see more when there is a Buyers market and a flood of homes for sale. With many markets having a shortage of homes for sales, Home Owners simply do not have to rent them as they can just sell them outright.
