The Market has recovered, WHY are we still seeing Short Sales? Values have increased. Homes are selling quickly. Here in NH a troubling trend is homes are listed as a Short Sale when their values were higher than what they owed. In order to get a quicker sale, they thought a short sale was a good idea. Can you think of any benefits to getting near 3 feet of snow? Well driving around showing houses the day after the storm I noticed that the BEAUTY of mother nature was everywhere in New Hampshire. The trees glistened with snow and this tractor sat waiting for Spring.

A Snow day was a nice rest from the hustle and bustle. There was a tremendous amount of inquiries of homes for sale and from sellers looking when the best time to list will be.
