Just got back from the Women's Council of REALTORS Leadership Academy and had a wonderful time networking and learning with all the incoming Chapter President's. I have been to the Academy previously as the Coastal Delmarva Chapter Pres-Elect, the Maryland State Chapter President-Elect and once again this year as the 2012 Coastal Delmarva Chapter Pres-Elect. Yes, I am going back in as the 2013 President. Unfortunately, a lot of REALTORS don't see the need to take a Leadership role. The absorption rate is also down to 14.95 months vs 17.51 months in August of 2011. List prices remain stable, however the Sold to List Price is around 87.5%.
