santa clarita: Sand Canyon in Santa Clarita | a Quick Trip - 05/31/10 04:38 AM
Santa Clarita Valley has so many beautiful places. One of the enjoyable drives I have after church on Sundays is through Sand Canyon and coming back to the Valencia side of town through Placerita Canyon Road and past the Placerita Canyon Nature.

If you're looking for a place to roam, big oaks trees, places to walk or ride a horse, and the feeling that you are away from "the city", but still close enough to … (6 comments)

Currently about 34% of the homes for sale in Santa Clarita Valley are short sales; and there are many more homeowners that would be best served by doing a short sale on their home instead of just walking away and allowing their house to be foreclosed.  My goal is to educate Santa Clarita homeowners and let them know that there ARE viable alternatives to foreclosure. A graceful way to avoid foreclosure is a short sale.

santa clarita: Government Changes Benefit Homeowners attempting a Short Sale - 04/25/10 10:06 AM
Since April 5, 2010, changes in the way short sales are processed have been enacted to the new HAFA requirements.
