south dakota: Black Hills, South Dakota Market Activity - August 12, 2008 - 08/12/08 04:34 AM
For several years I have been doing this analysis on a weekly basis to determine market conditions.  My full report has more details on it.  It is really helpful to determine what price ranges buyers are looking at.  I also compare activity for this year with the past several years.  If you would like to see a copy of the complete report, or would like for me to help explain how to read this info, just send me a note.  I'd be happy to help!

south dakota: Postlets - This has to be the easiest yet! - 04/21/08 10:36 AM
Just when you think it can't get any easier, out comes Postlets (ok, they've been around a while it just takes me a while to find things...).  This has to be the easiest, coolest, fastest built web flyer I've seen.  I think I'm going to rebuild my personal web site around all the cool features I have found for FREE on Active Rain.

Can it get any easier??  Tell me what I'm missing!

With summer comes the fun, the sun and... the storms.  I made it over 10 years since my last call to the insurance adjuster, and was really hoping for at least another 10.  But last Friday I made it home just in time to hide the car in the garage and watch as the hard rain (hail) slammed into my home and yard.
I meet my adjuster tomorrow morning for his assessment.  I wonder what this is going to cost me...
If you buy a home with a garage, it is wise to make sure you have room for your vehicles.  I'm … (0 comments)

south dakota: The Surgis Rally is Here - 08/02/07 08:57 AM
Wow!  And the Sturgis Rally is almost upon us!  I was on vacation last week in Chicago, and the drive home was long, about 950 miles.  The thing I noticed the most on that drive was the number of motorcycles already heading to the Black Hills for the Rally.  The Sturgis Rally really doesn't start until August 6th, but I'm finding more and more people want to visit before the BIG crowd shows up.
So how big is the Rally?  When I lived in Denver, I made my first run to Sturgis in 1985.  Back then we were really impressed with the … (0 comments)
