Home Market Report for Timber Pines in Spring Hill, Florida, September 2012 September saw an increase in home sales in the Timber Pines Golf Course community in  Spring Hill from the month of August 2012.   The majority or 77% of the sales were cash sales.  Although sales were up, average and median prices both declined compared to August sales which can be contributed to a higher number of sales in the lower price range in September.
