The following homes have sold for the week of September 12:
  30 37th Street, Unit 2E sold for $270,000 on 9/14/09.
  23 38th Street, Unit 204 sold for $295,000 on 9/18/09.
There were seven listings that went under contract this week bringing the total to 40 under contract listings  and 116 have closed since January 1, 2009.

Home Sales and Under Contract for August 29 to Sept 12 in Sea Isle City NJ - 09/12/09 01:09 PM
I am back from a trip to the Adirondacks and getting back into the groove of writing the weekly homes sold and under contract blog!
  105 65th Street, Unit 208 sold on 9/19 for $350,000.
  1504 Landis Avenue, South sold for $735,000 on 9/8.
  61 85th Street, Unit B402 sold for $474,500 on 9/5.
  118 55th Street, West sold for $802,500 on 9/11.
There were 11 properties that went to "under contract" status during these past two weeks bring the total to 36 under contract.  Five of these listings had been subject to bank approval.
