Looking for the great real estate investment deal
 
I have a few investors who are looking for the super deal on a multy family in the suburbs of Boston.  They are interested in 3-6 family buildings and have about $125K to put down on the property. This should put them in about the $300K to $400K club.  They are willing to buy a regular sale listing, short sale or foreclosure, again it's all about the deal. Also if you have two properties that fit this criteria and are $200K each, they will buy both.
