With new home sales continuing to climb in the majority of U.S. markets, new real estate licensees are entering an industry that continues to experience a surge in activity. 
 
According to numbers released by the U.S. Commerce Department, the sale of newly built, single-family residences increased 11% in June of this year, marking the third consecutive month of improved sales volume.
