Carluccio's Tivoli Gardens is an excellent Italian restaurant just off of
the Las Vegas Strip. The service and food are great and the prices are
reasonable. We took friends to dinner there tonight and we had a good time and
a wonderful meal.
The restaurant originally belonged to Liberace. The inside was designed by

Manhattan West is located halfway between the Strip and Summerlin and it is all about urban living. Everything is convenient and close by. There is on site shopping including a coffeehouse and a wine bar, all within walking distance. It feels like a real Manhattan street with city sidewalks. Here

Bellagio Las Vegas Holiday - 12/24/07 05:20 PM
If you are in Las Vegas, I highly recommend visiting the Bellagio. The conservatory is decorated using seasonal themes with live flowers and plants that change every few months.
This time of the year, it is decorated for the Christmas season. A giant tree
in the middle, with dancing water features and poinsettias surrounding it.

Crescent Ridge Condominiums in Henderson, NV.
I was there several months back with a client and the models were still under
construction.

There is not a housing shortage in Las Vegas......yet, but according to an
article in "In Business Las Vegas" the
local and respected consulting firm Applied Analysis is predicting there will be
a work force housing shortage by 2009. The report was done for the Southern
Nevada Home Builder Association last month, and

has been transformed into a holiday wonderland with a Gingerbread Village and a
Teddy Bear Village that is free and open to the public. This is an annual event
that is in its ninth year.

Henderson Nevada Da Vinci Experience - 12/13/07 11:55 PM
The DaVinci Experience is
a traveling exhibit that features more than 60 working replicas of Leonardo
DaVinci's inventions. The three viewing galleries consist of transportation,
military and mechanical. Also included in the exhibit is reproductions of his
paintings and original drawings.

Las Vegas Snow....At Least in the Mountains - 12/01/07 10:27 AM
All day Friday, it was raining in Las Vegas. Rain in Las Vegas means snow in the mountains and that means that ski and snowboard season has arrived! Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort reported 11.5" of new snow by Saturday morning. So far, they only have the beginners slopes open
