aria resort opening: Real Estate Jumping in Las Vegas - Aria at City Center Opening Pictures / Backgrounds - 03/01/10 01:13 AM

Yes, it's been a while since my last blog post, but with good reason. 2009 had Las Vegas Real Estate sales moving at a near record pace of the housing boom years, with home buyers and investors grabbing up the bargains. The competition has been fierce, particularly for homes under $200k. Multiple offers are the norm, and the large percentage of cash buyers have been king. While last year was a banner year for sales, the market still hasn't shown any sings of slowing, with Jan 2010 up 24.1% over the previous year.

aria resort opening: City Center Las Vegas - Aria Resort and Vdara Websites Taking Reservations for 2009 Opening - 02/23/09 04:04 PM

MGM Mirage City Center hotels began taking reservations for 2 of the $9.2 billion project's hotels. It appears Vdara will open first, as it is taking reservations for October 1, 2009. Aria Resort and Casino is currently taking reservations beginning December 17, 2009. This seems to follow what I had heard, that they will stagger the openings.
