King County Residential & Condominium Absorption Rates 2004-2008 1M+ Market - 05/22/08 07:15 PM

Attached are the Condominium and Residential Absorption Rates for $1Million + homes in King County from 2004 through 2008 compiled by our office in April 2008. As you can see, the absorption rate in this price range is currently about half of those of all listings combined.
