Well, Dana has been at it again.  For those of you who don't know, Dana is my baby sister.  With her culinary background and natural ability to create the most delicious meals, she's created an amazing new recipe.
The main ingredients are chicken, chipotle and chorizo - this Cha Cha Chicken.  I made it for dinner last night and my husband ate the whole thing - less my portion, of course.

Chicken Tenderloins in a Creamy Mushroom Sauce My sister, Dana, has the culinary background.  (I just like to eat!)  Below is one of Dana's creations.  It's absolutely delicious! Ingredients 1 lb. Chicken Tenderloins 1 tbl. Olive Oil Salt and Pepper to taste 2 tbl. More-Than-A-Side Dish Couscous Recipe - I found a box of couscous in the back of my pantry that I had never opened.  I can't even remember when I bought it.  But, apparently at the time, I felt the need to buy and cook it.  I've only had once before and thought it was kind of bland.
I really enjoy putting flavors together and, well, baby spinach was on sale and I recently discovered Feta cheese.  I know!  How on earth had I missed that one?!

On Sunday, I was still recovering from a terrible 2-day bout with my allergies. With the cupboard being fairly bare, I was pretty darn proud of being able to whip up what I called my "Fridg Stir-Fry - Kinda".
Here's the ingredients:
2 - Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tblsp. sesame oil
2 tblsp garlic, minced (I used jarred minced garlic.)
