With prices being at an all time low, this has been the best buyers market, some say, in the last 20 years. We are seeing prices at literally 50% from where they were during the "boom" of 05' pricing and now is the time for investors and second home buyers alike to be looking at their dream condo or investment. We have had a very active rental market this season with people from all over the country to enjoy our wonderful beaches and quiet vacation environment.
