Every year we go through the most ridiculous bucket lists and more often than not, these seem unrealistic with unattainable and immeasurable goals.  This year, we have a real treat for you.  We searched for some pretty interesting, relatively level-headed and reachable goals.  We found one that just qualifies to the criteria mentioned.  This is the 2011 Bucket List for a Detroit estate planning attorney, who also is a Southfield lawyer and probate attorney in Oakland County. This list has raised the bar for many wills and trusts lawyers in the area.

Atty. Joseph Dadich , Esq., a Detroit estate planning attorney for asset protection, wills, trusts, life insurance, financial powers of attorney, and medical powers of attorney; established the media resource center he identifies as Empowering Women Now.  He revealed what this media center has in store for the new year.  He announced that they have a "dragon" slayer as their utmost goal for 2011.

We could not contain our curiosity with regard to this "dragon slayer", so we sought out an explanation from Atty. Dadich on what this analogy means.

His response was funny, yet enlightening at the same time; although in a straightforward manner.  He said that most of the time, those involved in the business try to remain at the same level as their competitor.  As a Detroit estate planning attorney and Oakland County probate attorney, he has tried to "slay the dragon" of big businesses for several years now.  Meanwhile, too many online wills and trusts lawyers, and other Southfield lawyers as well, fail to re-invent themselves and their consumers are stuck with their approach from the 1990s.

He went on to state that for the new year,  his inclusion of slaying the proverbial dragon in  his 2011 Annual Bucket List is can be in his new book "Celebrity Estate Plans Gone Bad: Secrets Every Woman Needs to Prevent Emotional and Financial Turmoil When a Loved One Dies."

He also received a lot of fantastic feedback from the women whose estate plans he and his colleagues are creating. They also have already taken account of these plans in the program they have established.
