Pretty loaded question and I can always answer that by giving real live market statistics from the MLS. This house that he asked about is in Los Altos CA and that market is very strong the houses usually sell for asking price or more.

County vacation rental ordinance sent back to drawing board by Santa Cruz Sentinel
I went to this public meeting about the vacation rental ordinance at the Live Oak School. I believe the panel is going to start over and not make it so restrictive. I have alot of friends and clients that have used their homes as vacation rentals to supplement the mortgage, taxes & insurance in this economy. The panel agreed that limiting property rental usage would be taking away property rights. I really don't want to be involved in politics and I will stand up for our rights.
