I have never seen the prices so low in this town. Capitola by the Sea is a very popular little beach town were they have people coming from all over the world to visit. Prices have fallen 33% in the last year. 57 listings are prices under $500,000. That is 1/3 of the 150 listings available right now.

The Jewel Box in Capitola, CA-A Great Place for both Children and Adults
I moved to the Jewel Box in Capitola, CA when my two kids were in New Brighton Midddle School and Soquel High School. I found this a great place for both my kids and for myself to have allot of fun and to have access to everything.
Of course the beach was the main attraction.
