My clients get my first hand videos and pcitures of any home that they are interested in. I recently had some customers call me that wanted an ocean front home in Santa Cruz CA. I have never seen the prices so low in this town. Capitola by the Sea is a very popular little beach town were they have people coming from all over the world to visit. Prices have fallen 33% in the last year. 57 listings are prices under $500,000. That is 1/3 of the 150 listings available right now.
